Why Bell's

Made the way a remedy is made.

Bell's Seven Stars started with a mother making remedies at home. Thirty years of research later, the same care goes into every bar.

All‑natural botanicals

Herbs and plants infused to nurture the body from a holistic point of view — more than just cosmetic.

Handcrafted in small batches

Each bar is meticulously handcrafted to ensure quality and freshness, then cured on well‑drained racks.

Free of nasties

No parabens, petrolatum, mineral oil or artificial colors. Cruelty‑free, and made in the USA.

Creamy, moisture‑kind lather

Saponified olive, coconut, sunflower and avocado oils with shea and mango butter cleanse without stripping moisture.

What's inside

Real ingredients you can pronounce.

Every label reads like a pantry. The actives do the work, the saponified oils do the cleansing — and every one of them is printed on the bar. Open any ingredient to meet its soap.

Meet Bell

It started with a mother's remedy.

Bell's Seven Stars started out with a mother making remedies to cure her son's asthma. In the early 1990s, after over‑the‑counter and prescribed medicine had failed, Isabelle recalled her own mother's home‑made remedies and prepared an oil to ease her son's breathing. It worked — and she began researching the ingredients, adding and subtracting, testing the blend as a skincare oil, conditioner and scalp moisturizer on herself and her family.

Isabelle came to New York City at 19, by way of Montreal, and trained at the Wilfred Beauty Academy while raising three boys and earning her Degree in Applied Science. Her private clients noticed the change in her hair and skin and asked what she was using. Thirty‑plus years of research later, she launched her own line and founded Bell's Seven Stars.

"The same passion and care we put into our products in hopes to elevate our customers, is the same passion and care we have for our efforts in elevating our communities."

10% of all our profits go back to the community.

Giving is not about making donations — it's about making a difference. From the Thanksgiving Turkey Drive to the Hot Meal Give Away, community give‑backs have been part of the mission since the brand was just on paper.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How do I use the soap?
Massage onto wet skin, lather, and rinse thoroughly. All bars are suitable for daily use. Avoid contact with eyes — for external use only.
Should I patch test first?
Yes. Try it on an area like the inner arm or the side of the neck before using it widely, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Enzyme‑rich bars (pumpkin, papaya) can be too active for very sensitive skin.
Do the brightening soaps need extra sun protection?
Kojic acid and papaya can make skin more sensitive to the sun, so use sunscreen daily while you brighten. Brightening takes consistency — expect visible results over several weeks of regular use.
How do I make a bar last?
Keep it in a cool, dry place and let it dry between uses on a well‑drained soap dish. Pumpkin & Kojic is best used within 6 months of opening.
What does shipping cost?
Orders over $89.99 ship free. Checkout happens securely on the Bell's Seven Stars store, where you can choose your shipping option.
What is the return policy?
There is a 30‑day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Start a return by emailing [email protected]. Damaged or wrong items — contact us right away and we'll make it right.
